Personas

Personas are descriptive user profiles that allow designers and stakeholders to humanize the design process by reviewing behavior patterns, characteristics, and stories tied to potential users. We created two personas based on our research findings and consolidated insights that represent potential users of our service. By doing so, we aimed to broaden our understanding of how our users might interact with the world and our product and used these personas as a foundation for later design decisions.
