User Journey Map

A user journey map is used in order to visualize a story/scenario that a potential user may go through and their thoughts, feelings, and state of mind throughout the process. We decided to use our persona, Paige, as our actor within this journey map and detailed relevant touchpoints that show how her experiences and interactions affect her. By understanding and analyzing a specific context that our potential user may be situated in, we can focus our volunteering website and its features around plausible experiences of users and improve upon their quality.
